My first foccacia since I found out I am allergic to wheat, rice and potatoes. These allergies limit the alternative flours I can use. So I am tiptoeing around trying to find a semblance of the foods I enjoyed without the pain and discomfort in my body.
In my research so far I found out rice and potato intolerance/allergies are not the norm. So there is not as many recipes I can use for inspiration. So welcome to my adventure.
